The short version
- Photos and edits are processed on your device and never uploaded — we have no copy to delete.
- No account exists, so there is no account to close.
- Local app data can be cleared through your browser in a few taps.
Delete locally stored app data
iPhone (Safari): Settings → Apps → Safari → Advanced → Website Data → search “frameatelier” → Delete. If you added the app to your home screen, remove the icon as well.
Android (Chrome): Chrome → ⋮ → Settings → Site settings → All sites → frameatelier.app → Delete & reset. Remove the home-screen icon if you added one.
Desktop browsers: clear site data for frameatelier.app in your browser's privacy or site settings.
Edited photos you saved
Images you exported are saved wherever you chose to save them (e.g., your photo library or downloads folder). Delete them there like any other photo.
Support correspondence
If you have emailed us and would like that correspondence deleted, contact privacy@corlingroup.io and we will review and respond in accordance with applicable law.
