The short version
- Photos and edits are processed on your device and never uploaded — we have no copy to delete.
- No account exists, so there is no account to close.
- Local app data can be cleared inside the app, one category at a time, or through your browser in a few taps.
Delete it from inside the app
Open Saved Shades and scroll to Your Data. It lists what the app is keeping on this device — your saved palette, your saved looks, the garments you told the builder you own, your last colour analysis result, and your app preferences — with how much of each, and a control to forget any one of them. Removing a category deletes it from this device and cannot be undone.
The photograph you are working with is not stored at all: it is held only while the app is open, and Clear on that same screen releases it without touching anything you have saved.
Delete all locally stored app data
iPhone (Safari): Settings → Apps → Safari → Advanced → Website Data → search “frameatelier” → Delete. If you added the app to your home screen, remove the icon as well.
Android (Chrome): Chrome → ⋮ → Settings → Site settings → All sites → frameatelier.app → Delete & reset. Remove the home-screen icon if you added one.
Desktop browsers: clear site data for frameatelier.app in your browser's privacy or site settings.
Edited photos you saved
Images you exported are saved wherever you chose to save them (e.g., your photo library or downloads folder). Delete them there like any other photo.

If you have emailed us and would like that correspondence deleted, contact privacy@corlingroup.io and we will review and respond in accordance with applicable law.
