Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Frame Atelier at frameatelier.app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Frame Atelier App Use

Frame Atelier is a free consumer photo styling and image enhancement web app. It may include photo filters, realistic image styling, creator-friendly editing tools, color analysis features, editorial looks, and cinematic color treatment tools.

Frame Atelier is designed for creative and informational use. Color analysis, styling suggestions, filter previews, and image treatment results may vary based on lighting, image quality, device settings, photo composition, and your choices. You are responsible for reviewing any output before saving, sharing, publishing, or relying on it.

License to Use Frame Atelier

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Corlin Group, LLC grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and use Frame Atelier for your own personal, noncommercial creative use.

You may not copy, redistribute, sublicense, sell, lease, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive source code from, modify, or create derivative works based on Frame Atelier, except where applicable law expressly allows such activity.

App Distribution

Frame Atelier is currently distributed as a web application at frameatelier.app and can be saved to your device's home screen through your browser. If Frame Atelier is later offered through an app store or other distribution platform, that platform's terms may also apply to downloads made through it.

Free App; No Purchases

Frame Atelier is offered as a free app. It does not offer paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, paid unlocks, paid trials, auto-renewable subscriptions, or paid account upgrades. No purchase is required to access the app's features.

Refunds

Because Frame Atelier is free with no purchases or subscriptions, there are no Frame Atelier charges from Corlin Group, LLC to refund.

User Content

You retain ownership of photos, images, edits, and other content that you open in, process with, create using, or export from Frame Atelier. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to use, edit, save, publish, or share any content with the app.

Frame Atelier processes your photos locally on your device; your content is not transmitted to Corlin Group, LLC. To the extent any limited technical permission is needed for the app to display, process, edit, analyze, save, or export images on your device, you grant that permission by using those features. This does not transfer ownership of your content.

Privacy and Data

Use of Frame Atelier is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled, including on-device photo processing, data retention, deletion requests, and privacy contacts.

Support and Maintenance

For help with Frame Atelier, contact support@corlingroup.io. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

Corlin Group, LLC may provide updates, bug fixes, compatibility changes, or feature changes from time to time. Some changes may be required for continued use or compatibility with current browsers and operating systems.

Third-Party Services

Frame Atelier may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, content delivery networks, browsers, and operating systems. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Corlin Group, LLC is not responsible for third-party services it does not control.

Intellectual Property

The Frame Atelier app, software, interfaces, features, design, brand materials, text, graphics, logos, and related content are owned by Corlin Group, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.

You may not use the Frame Atelier or Corlin Group, LLC names, marks, branding, screenshots, app assets, or site content in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without written permission.

Feedback

If you send suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback, you agree that Corlin Group, LLC may use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you. Do not send confidential information as feedback.

Prohibited Uses

You may not misuse the app. Prohibited uses include attempting unauthorized access, interfering with service operation, bypassing security features, copying or scraping content at scale, infringing intellectual property rights, violating privacy rights, uploading malicious code, using the app for illegal activity, or using the app to harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or harm any person or entity.

You may not use Frame Atelier to create, edit, publish, or distribute content that you do not have the right to use or that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit access to any part of the app at any time, including features, filters, color analysis tools, or support channels, in a manner consistent with applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create legal risk, or interfere with its operation. Upon termination, your right to use the app ends immediately.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Corlin Group, LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.

Frame Atelier does not guarantee any specific creative, commercial, professional, or aesthetic result. Photo filters, styling tools, color analysis, and image enhancement features are tools for user-directed creative editing and may not be accurate or suitable for every image, device, environment, or purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Corlin Group, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, device issues, image loss, or business interruption arising from or related to use of the app.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Corlin Group, LLC's total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars, or the minimum amount required by applicable law, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

To the extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Corlin Group, LLC from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the app; your violation of these terms; your violation of law; or content you open, edit, save, publish, or share using the app.

Applicable Law

These terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law, except where consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under laws that cannot be waived by contract.
