Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to Frame Atelier, a free web app for photo filters, color analysis, and image styling available at frameatelier.app, operated by Corlin Group, LLC.

It explains what information may be handled, how it is used, and how you can contact us with privacy questions or deletion requests.

Photos and Image Processing

Frame Atelier processes photos locally in your browser, on your device. Photos you open in the app are not uploaded to, stored on, or transmitted to our servers. Applying filters, running color analysis, and saving or exporting an edited image all happen on your device.

You control which photos you choose to open. Frame Atelier does not claim ownership of your photos or edited images, and does not sell personal information.

Color Analysis

Frame Atelier includes color analysis features that review aspects of a selected image — such as dominant tones, color balance, contrast, and visual harmony — to help you make creative editing decisions. This analysis runs on your device.

Color analysis results are informational and may vary based on lighting, image quality, camera settings, screen settings, and your choices.

No Account, No Login

Frame Atelier does not require registration, an account, or a login. We do not collect names, email addresses, or profiles through the app itself.

Information We Collect

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, name, and message content.

Our hosting infrastructure may automatically log limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as IP addresses, browser type, and request logs. These logs are used for security and reliability, not for advertising profiles.

Analytics and Diagnostics

Frame Atelier does not currently include third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. If we add limited analytics or diagnostics in the future to understand performance and reliability, this policy will be updated, and analytics will not be used to sell personal information.

Free App; No Purchases

Frame Atelier is offered as a free app and does not offer paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, paid unlocks, paid trials, or paid account upgrades. Corlin Group, LLC does not collect payment card details for Frame Atelier.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide app functionality, respond to support requests, troubleshoot issues, maintain security, communicate with people who contact us, and comply with legal requirements.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use user photos for advertising.

Data Sharing

We may share limited information with service providers that help operate our hosting, communications, and security (for example, our web hosting and content delivery provider). These providers are expected to process information only as needed to provide their services.

Frame Atelier is delivered through third-party hosting and content delivery infrastructure, which is governed by its own terms and privacy practices. If you install Frame Atelier to your home screen, your browser or operating system handles that installation according to its own practices.

Data Storage and Retention

Because photos are processed on your device, we do not retain them. App preferences may be stored locally in your browser storage on your device; you can clear them at any time through your browser settings.

Support emails and privacy requests may be retained for administrative, security, and legal recordkeeping purposes.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. Frame Atelier is served exclusively over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Your Choices

You can choose which photos to open, delete edited images from your device, clear the app's locally stored data through your browser settings, remove the app from your home screen, and stop using the app at any time.

You can also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information that Corlin Group, LLC controls (such as support correspondence), subject to applicable law and reasonable verification.

Data Deletion Requests

Photos and edits never leave your device, so there is nothing for us to delete on our servers. See Data Deletion for how to remove locally stored data, and email privacy@corlingroup.io to request deletion of any correspondence we hold.

International Users

Corlin Group, LLC is based in the United States. If you use Frame Atelier from outside the United States, information you send us (such as email) may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the app, our operations, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
